A precision engineering company is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to operate and program 5-axis CNC machinery. The role involves producing high-quality components, carrying out self-inspection, and maintaining safe working practices on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and program 5-axis CNC milling machines (Siemens control).

  • Set and machine components independently.

  • Carry out quality checks against engineering drawings.

  • Maintain machine efficiency records.

  • Perform routine safety, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Skills & Experience

  • Time-served machining apprenticeship.

  • Strong CNC milling experience, including programming.

  • Ability to use manual machinery and lifting equipment.

  • Good mechanical and numerical skills.
